10X10 Art Celebration
2020
Can you believe it? The 10X10 Art Project is now in it's 11th year!
We continue to celebrate the diversity and creativity of Saskatoon, showcasing 10" by 10" canvases painted by a wide array of artists who live in, work in, and support the core neighbourhoods. Our goal is to build positive relationships within the community while creating a platform for amateur artists to express their creativity and share their stories.
We work to support and nurture marginalized voices. We value and celebrate inclusion and compassion. We strive to make our program barrier free for all of our artists.
The 10x10 Art Project is proudly sponsored by Integrated Community Ministries (ICM) and the United Churches of Saskatchewan. We encourage participation from people of all faiths and backgrounds.
10 x10 Art Project Final Sale and Celebration CANCELLED until further notice
Due to concerns about the spread of Covid-19, ICM has decided to cancel the Final Celebration for the Art Project, which was to be held on March 21st at Station 20 W. It is our hope to hold this event as soon as it is safe to do so.
We recognize our responsibility to provide a safe space for all our participants and staff, because we work with a vulnerable sector of society it is necessary to cancel this function to avoid any unnecessary risk.
We all play a part in being responsible members of the public, so slowing the spread of Covid-19 is up to each of us.
We will reevaluate regularly as circumstances evolve and make the best decisions on behalf of ICM. In the meantime, let’s continue to be responsible for each other and do all that you can to continue to live meaningful lives.
